prayer to break altars

Pray out loud.

1. Heavenly Father, I come boldly before Your throne of grace. I surrender completely to You, Lord.

2. Thank You for Your love, mercy, and the authority that You have given me as Your child. Today, I stand in that authority to resist, renounce, and break every work of darkness that has been operating in my life. I plead the blood of Jesus over myself, my family, my home, and everything that belongs to me. 

3. In the name of Jesus, I resist and cast out any attacking forces of the enemy and their assaults against me and what concerns me. Every evil altar built by my ancestors, holding me back, limiting me, or causing me to suffer, I break you now in the name of Jesus! I paralyze your power and command you to be dismantled and destroyed by the fire of God.  

4. Father, whatever has been planted in my life through these evil altars, uproot it completely by its roots in Jesus’ name. Every evil covenant made on my behalf, knowingly or unknowingly, I break it now by the blood of Jesus. 

5. Every demon watching over and maintaining the seal of these covenants, I bind you, rebuke you, and cast you out now in Jesus’ name. I break every evil seal by the blood of Jesus and declare you powerless and void forever.  

6. I arise against every evil entity assigned to an altar raised against me. I command you to catch fire and be destroyed in the name of Jesus. I command every strongman operating from these evil altars to hold me captive, to fall to the ground now and turn to ashes in Jesus’ name. Father, let Your holy fire consume every evil altar, covenant, and entity working against me. I declare they will never rise again. 

7. Lord, I close every open portal that was created in the demonic spiritual realm because of these evil altars. By the authority of Jesus’ name, I declare these evil portals are now sealed and rendered powerless. I disconnect myself from every link, connection, and ladder associating me with the realm of Satan. I sever these links permanently by the blood of Jesus. From today forward, I am disconnected, freed, and cleansed.  

8. In Jesus’ name, I cast out every demonic force, being, and power that has manifested in my life because of evil altars—whether built by me, on my behalf, or by my ancestors. I paralyze your power, expel you from my life, and declare you have no authority over my destiny, family, or God’s plans for my life.

9. Father, I renounce and break every form of witchcraft, sorcery, and occult practice that has been directed against me or my loved ones. I take authority in Jesus’ name over every hex, curse, spell, incantation, ritual, voodoo, Santeria, ancestral witchcraft, Native American witchcraft, or any other form of demonic influence. By the power of the Holy Spirit, I cancel every assignment of the enemy and declare these works null and void.

10. I demolish every witchcraft altar and dismantle every covenant, pact, or agreement made with the kingdom of darkness, whether knowingly or unknowingly, by myself or my ancestors. Let every altar raised against me be consumed by the fire of the Holy Spirit, and let every evil intention be overturned and rendered powerless.

11. I release myself, my marriage, my family, and my affairs from every demonic altar. I cut, cancel, break, rebuke, and release my name, image, DNA, essence, or any aspect of my life from every demonic cord and break every demonic assignment concerning me in Jesus’ name.

12. I bind and rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, divination, love spell, manipulation, control, and sorcery. I cast them out in the name of Jesus and command them to go to the feet of Jesus Christ, never to return. I also bind and silence all monitoring spirits, lying spirits, spirits of fear, resistance, unbelief, confusion, and deception. I declare that they have no place in my life, my family, or my life.

13. Lord, I break every soul tie, attachment, or spiritual cord that connects me to the kingdom of darkness. I sever these ties by the blood of Jesus and declare complete freedom. I also renounce any objects, symbols, or items in my possession that may have given the enemy legal access. Lord, I ask that You would reveal and expose these items through the power of Your Holy Spirit.

14. Lord, deliver my soul, body, and spirit from every bewitchment caused by astral attacks, astral travel, or astral projection, in Jesus’ name. By the fire of the Holy Spirit, I destroy every soul tie between me and the occult kingdom, in Jesus’ name. Any astral ritual performed to exploit my gifts or my soul, I command you to burn to ashes by the fire of God, in Jesus’ name. I command the fire of the Holy Spirit to destroy every witchcraft coven targeting me and destroy their works, in Jesus’ name. Every identification mark of the occult upon my life, be washed away by the blood of Jesus.

15. Holy Spirit, reveal any area of my life where I may have unknowingly partnered with darkness. I repent of any involvement, whether through words, actions, or thoughts, and ask for Your cleansing. I break the power of any spoken word curses, negative declarations, or agreements that have been made against me. I declare that no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against me in judgment will be condemned.

16. Father, I stand on the promises of Your Word, especially Psalm 91. I declare that I dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under the shadow of the Almighty. You are my refuge and fortress, my God in who I trust. No evil will come near me, nor any plague come near my home. I proclaim that Your angels are encamped around me to guard me in all my ways.

17. Lord Jesus, I ask You to dispatch warring angels to fight on my behalf. Let them dismantle every stronghold, tear down every plan of the enemy, and protect me from all retaliation. Let the fire of the Holy Spirit consume every demonic influence and purify every area of my life. Surround me with Your presence, Lord, and fill every void with Your peace and power.

18. I thank You, Lord, that I am more than a conqueror through Christ who loves me. I praise You for the victory I have through the blood of the Lamb and the word of my testimony. I declare that greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. No force of darkness can prevail against the name of Jesus Christ.

19. What the enemy has stolen from me, I declare restoration sevenfold in Jesus’ name. Let all that was taken be returned to me with compensation, for I am not a slave to any power, altar, or spirit. I belong to You, Lord, bought by the precious blood of Jesus Christ.  

20. Father, I consecrate myself to You. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit, renew my mind, and strengthen my inner being. I surrender every area of my life to You and declare that I belong to You alone. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in my life as it is in heaven.

21. Thank You, Lord, that I am free. I am no longer bound, but I walk in victory, power, and authority in Christ Jesus. I seal this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ and declare that it is finished. Amen.
